House+

House+ is a new commercial project designed by 1+1+ Architects and currently underway at the corner of Kercheval & Belvidere. House+ preserved a single-family home nearing demolition and added a recycled blue jean + eastern red cedar addition, as well as a wrap around deck for visitors to extend themselves into the native gardens that surround the project.
